• Preparation agreements and addendums (AZ, ENG)
• Tracking of contracts expiration dates
• Monitor legal risk in documents and giving guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk and preventive actions against its
• Preparation and correction of letters and documents
• Interpret laws (articles, annex etc.)
• To ensure the provision the right template of contract for tender package 
• To ensure the submission of claim and penalty on timely manner  against the suppliers non performing the contract terms
• Responsible for signing and termination of the contracts on most favorable terms

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Higher education (BA or MSc in Law is essential)
• Shall have legal background and have at least 3 years’ experience in similar position
• Shall have a comprehensive knowledge of procurement regulations and legal terminology
• Shall have excellent command of verbal and written English and Azerbaijani languages and a strong attention to detail
• Experience in procurement is preferable
• Solid user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Team work and collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills
• Multitasking
• Researching
• Innovative thinking
