• Senior Business Analyst elicits and analyses information from a variety of sources within an enterprise, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders to document solid description of the current or expected business processes and required actions.
• Senior Business Analyst leads the entire requirements life cycle process by full filling the role of the Project Owner, what is defined as Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Product & Delivery: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, by collecting critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and furtherly analyzing collected information; developing solutions based on collected and analyzed information; describing the business processes using relevant tools.
• Documenting, reporting, and presenting (both internal and external) the results of activities described above, with relevant validation. 
• Leading the Requirement – Life Cycle Process, by full-filling the role of the Project Owner, what is defined as Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.   

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• 4 years of experience in business analysis. 1 year of experience in supervising teams. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Minimum 2 project successfully finished.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field. (BUSINESS ANALYSIS, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION). Clear understanding of business processes.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
• Analytical thinking skills - Ability to elicit and define required solutions.
• Documentation skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Communication skills - The ability to influence stakeholders.
• Computer Literacy. Competency in Microsoft applications including MS Visio® and MS Project®
