• Entering the technician/service engineer labour hours/travel mileage/expenses/spare parts etc. into the work orders in SAP properly.
• To close/invoice work orders in SAP properly.
• To store each work orders in a file and keep them accordingly.
• To check/control approved quotation item prices and invoice item prices if they are the same.
• To fulfil the duties declared with procedures.
• To work according to Borusan’s ethic and standard principles.
• To support service supervisor / engineer when they need (responsibility including the customer call responses, documentation, correspondences, faxing etc.).
• To prepare essential overtime reports related with technicians.
• If necessary, SMCS should be responsible for the additional tasks ordered by the immediate supervisor.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 2 years of work experience in relevant role.
• Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to operate independently.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
• Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
• Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office (esp. Excel), SAP knowledge).
• Ability to travel on occasion.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred.
