• LTE/VoLTE/WCDMA/GSM radio Parameters Optimization;
• Daily Statistics monitoring and reporting per responsible area;
• Follow up the requirements of the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and any Additional safety requirements that may be placed;
• Customer complaints investigation and solution with SLA;
• New features testing and implementation;
• Take actions in order to improve the service in terms of coverage and quality;
• Maintaining and improving network KPIs in the area of responsibility;
• QoS (MOS, EcNo, RxQual, RSRQ, SINR) improvement .

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Technical Bachelor’s Degree;
• Minimum 2 years experience in Radio Network Optimization;
• Language and computer programs knowledge: Azeri, Russian,  English ; Advanced MS Office and basic Access, , Drive test tools (TEMS, Tems Discovery and etc.),NetAct, U2020 and etc., Planning/Optimization tools (SON, Atoll, MapInfo, Google Earth and etc.) ;
• LTE/UMTS/GSM CS/PS performance analysis and optimization ;
• Customer complaint solution;
• Maintain/improve AN KPI;
• 4G/3G/2G Radio Access Network,  Parameters/features knowledge;  
• Possession of driving license is highly preferred (1-2 years)
