SAP Junior Specialist

Job description

• Gather requirements and define and map current processes in order to create "to be" business processes for the client based on current best practices;
• Analyze and document design specifications for the application;
• Implement application design by working closely with HR responsibles;
• Assist in user acceptance testing efforts and act as the liaison between the client and the system implementation team in troubleshooting product issues as they apply to the client's business;
• Participate in end-user training by providing both product knowledge and insight on the client's business processes and solution design;
• Working with developers and consultants to implement customer specific solutions.

Requirments:

• BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Accounting, or respective work experience;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills is mandatory ;
• Knowledge of HR processes is plus;
• Strong problem solving, analytical and MS Office skills;
• Able and willing to adapt new learnings and tools;
• Understanding of business processes;
• High customer service orientation;
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects;
• Strong communication, team and customer skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing, positive attitude;
• High motivation and work philosophy;
• Ability to work independently, as well as contribute significantly in coordination with a team..
